Superstition was brewing in Ghost Town. No one ever dared to spell it out loud because it was a bad word!
The supernatural beings who lived there were all good at one something or another; especially on Halloween. What they were very best at was planting the fear of "God" in people.
On one bewitching night, a boy warlock was about to devour his evening supper. Drink your milk said the witch. It's rich in calcium, as he began to sip. Yikes! It's spoiled, he said wiping the milk away from his lips. Now I've got a belly ache. Eat a sour grape jelly bean. That's way too superstitious.
Her eyelids flew up, the milk spilled down from the cup. She wound her hand in the air, pointed two fingers and started to swear. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, superstition is flaring, cut them all loose.
