Once there was a wise old owl. He sat most of the time in his treehouse daydreaming at the stars in the sky. He was sad because he could not fly up and say goodnight to the moon. His wings were much too heavy and he didn't want to lose any of his precious indian feathers. Owl tried to speak up, but his voice was too soft and he almost wanted to cry. Then he realized, the sound his voice was making was a coo. Coo coo howled the owl up to the full moon. "Goodnight Hoot," howled the full moon back down to the owl.
