Charles loves to play outdoors. On a day when it's cold, he likes to play indoors a whole lot more.. In October, he likes to pile the leaves sky high and leap in while his sister Sally watches on.

It's almost time for the great pumpkin drawing contest. Charles and his mother have to find the right size pumpkin. He has no idea of what to draw on his pumpkin. A Jack-o-lantern or a funny face should be simple enough.

The newspaper ad said to "Bring your own pumpkin." Let's drive to the market and pick one up. "All sold out of pumpkins." "We're all sold out of pumpkins." "No pumpkins." No one has any pumpkins. You said we were going to the pumpkin contest. I know there's a farmstand on old truck Route 66.

Mister? Are you all sold out of pumpkins? With a great big smile, he replied, "this must be your lucky day."
